Hand outs?

I was so excited after the election.

I got up early and ran to my local gas station. But there was no one there to pay for my gas. I came home and opened my mail. No check to pay off my mortgage. And to top it off I still got bills for Satellite and Water services! Talk about disappointing. Well, maybe things just can't happen that fast. Maybe tomorrow!

The United States of America is certainly the greatest country in the world. Where else could you have an election that popular vote was so close the last three elections and there has never been rioting or ugly military takeover bids. Over 55 million people voted for the guy that lost.

I hope everyone from America realizes just how blessed they are and becomes even more committed to being "informed" on everything political.

Have a great day Stalkers!

Politicians are the same no matter what country you live in. They lie cheat and steal without regard to the "little people" who put them into their position of power!

But perhaps your new president will prove me wrong.... Hahaha!

that was a funny one, my friend! by the way - I am still rolling on the floor, laughing out loud over your "No-Comment Comment" to my "No-Post Post". Clever AND Hi-Lar-I-Ous!!! Also - when I read that this morning, it helped me get over myself (referring to the "Dear Self" post). Thanks! This is why I LOVE blogging and leaving comments and getting comments!!!

The sad part, I mean the really sad part is that "some people" are acting like this one man is going to change our economic situation. Please if Bush Mr. Oil giant couldn't save us hmmmm this man want make a difference.

If you vote, you get to complain. The thing is, when Steve was in Afghanistan, the ones who turned on me never even voted. To which I said "talk to the hand". I don't wish to complain, but I can. I loved this entry!! I needed the lift of lightheartedness.

I don't think anyone has said that this one man could change our economic situation. But he will lead us in a different direction than we have been going, and that will be progress. I, for one, have hope for a better future with our newly elected president. It certainly can't get any worse than the past eight years have been.
