In The United States of America today, November 4th, 2008, the American people have the opportunity to vote for a new President.
I urge all of you who are able to do just that and VOTE!
Voting is a privilege and a right many have died to give you. And remember that no matter the winner, The United States of America is a blessed land still full of great people who will do great things. I challenge ALL Americans to become more active in the political process so that politics in America become MORE about a government of, by and for the people.
Thant is all!
Have a great day!

Happy Voting everyone!!!
I've voted!
I hope you guys get a better turnout than we do! Only 50% of eligible voters actually vote here!
Isn't that terrible?
Happy Voting everyone.
As a Legal Alien I can't, yeah go figure, but I agree with Blog Stalker.
Do it!
but take it one step further...vote INFORMED!!!
Did it.
One and done BS! Thanks for the PSA!!
We voted early. I couldn't stand the wait. And the lines were shorter and it wasn't cold.
Amen!!! I've exercised my right this morning...
I voted and am migh-tay proud of it! I'm prayin and keepin my fingers crossed for the RIGHT results!!!
Looks like the entire country heard your plea. What an amazing turnout and and equally amazing result!
Also, thanks for the Shout-Out! It's all about keeping connected, isn't it?
I felt really good this morning, even though I only got about 5 hours of sleep. Stayed up way too late watching the returns, but it was sooooooooo worth it!
All I know is this:
Be careful what you wish for because you just might get it. And I am glad that I live in a country that is greater than any one party or any one socialist president. I just hope it can withstand the attack on its constitution that will now most definitely increase in ferocity.
One party rule has never spelled destruction in the past, but we have suffered as a country every time the democrats have had total control of washington. Not that republicans have not lost their way as well.
I just hope Americans will become more informed and demand 'better' government (less)
Government is not the answer to all of our problems. We need not turn to the government every time there are problems. Government has never solved one problem for America. Not one! It is disgraceful how many people:
A. do not vote
B. vote without knoweldge of the actual issues and
C. voted for change without knowing what that change will be.
I'll tell you this, If Obama does even half of what he has promised, most of those who voted for him will see change all right. Just not any change for the better.
@ARMED US CRAZY PERSON
"B. vote without knoweldge of the actual issues "
This doesn't seem to have stopped you from voting.
